2. Fair Play & Competitive Integrity
To preserve authentic competition and sportsmanship:
- Anti-Cheating: The use of chess engines, external analysis assistance, or automated bots during ranked or tournament matches is strictly prohibited.
- Turn Timers & Move Budgets: Ranked and Tournament matches enforce 10s opening turns (each player's first 8 moves) and 45s main turns. Missing 3 consecutive turns results in an automatic forfeit. Tournament matches also enforce a 5m total clock per player without increment.
- Respectful Conduct: Abusive, harassing, or hate speech in public chat or voice channels will result in permanent chat suspension or account banning.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users (EULA)
Ouk Chaktrang maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, offensive, abusive, hateful, or harassing content or behavior:
- Prohibited Content: Profanity, hate speech, defamation, vulgarity, sexual content, or harassment in player names, profiles, or chat is strictly prohibited.
- Automated Content Filtering: The application automatically filters offensive and objectionable language.
- Reporting (Flagging) Objectionable Content: Players can flag/report any objectionable message or abusive user directly from the chat interface or player profile card.
- Blocking Abusive Users: Players can instantly block any abusive user. Blocking removes all content from that user from your feed immediately and notifies our moderation team.
- 24-Hour Moderation Action: Our moderation team investigates all reports within 24 hours. Any user found in violation will have their offending content immediately removed and their account permanently ejected and banned from Ouk Chaktrang.
